  • 12oz — Bag work and light sparring
  • 14oz — Sparring (fighters 65–80kg)
  • 16oz — Sparring (fighters over 80kg or beginners wanting extra protection)

Are your boxing gloves suitable for beginners?

Yes! Our gloves are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced fighters. We recommend starting with a 12oz or 14oz glove for versatility.

Do I need hand wraps with boxing gloves?

Are your shin guards suitable for Muay Thai and MMA?

Yes, our shin guards are designed for Muay Thai, MMA and kickboxing. They offer full shin and instep protection with a secure fit for intense training sessions.

How do I care for my boxing gloves?

  • Air them out after every session — never leave them in your bag
  • Wipe the inside with an antibacterial spray
  • Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or extreme heat
  • Use glove deodorisers to keep them fresh

How long does UK delivery take?

UK orders are dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within 1–2 business days via Royal Mail.

Is shipping free in the UK?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all UK orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping starts from £10 for economy delivery and £12.22 for express. Orders over £222 qualify for free international shipping.

Will I have to pay customs charges?

International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on unused, unworn items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Items showing signs of use or sale items cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
