🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Warriors Mindset

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Warriors Mindset gear. However, due to hygiene and product use, our return policy is as follows:

✅ Returns Are Accepted If:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
  • The buyer covers return shipping

🚫 Returns Are Not Accepted If:

  • The item has been used, worn, or shows any signs of wear (e.g. sweat inside gloves)
  • The item was purchased on sale or clearance
  • The return is requested after 7 days from delivery

📬 How to Request a Return:

Email us at contact@warriorsmindset.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos if needed. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

💳 Refunds:

  • Issued only after the returned item has been inspected and approved
  • Processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
