How long does it take to process an order?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn or used (especially during training), customized, or purchased on clearance are not eligible. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Once approved and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
