Our 14oz pair is the fighter's daily-driver weight: heavy enough for proper bag and pad work, light enough you're not falling out of position by round eight.

The shorts - cut for kicks, knees and clinch
Performance training shorts in the matching colourway. Cut wide enough for high kicks and knee work without splitting at the seam, with a secure waist tie that doesn't loosen mid-round.
Wear them for Muay Thai, MMA, kickboxing or general gym sessions - they're not styled for one discipline.
The training tee
Moisture-wicking gym-cut tee in the same matching design. Light, breathable, holds its shape after the wash. Made to be trained in, not just to lounge in.
The free hand wraps
Every kit ships with a pair of 5m wraps. They're the same ones we sell standalone for £10.50. You need wraps under those gloves on day one - we'd rather give you the pair than have you skip them.

Care
- Gloves: wipe down after every session, air out - never throw them in a kit bag wet
- Shin pads: same; wipe and air, not in the wash
- Shorts and tee: machine wash cold, hang to dry, don't tumble
- Wraps: wash inside a wash bag so they don't tangle
Treat them right and the leather pieces will outlast three of whatever your training partner just bought.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size gloves should I order?
Most adult fighters fit M (14oz). Order S if you're under 65kg or have small hands; L if you're over 90kg or have large hands. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us with your weight and hand circumference and we'll size you properly.
Will the shin pads fit kids or juniors?
This kit is sized for adult and teen fighters. We don't currently grade the shin pads in junior sizes - if you need a kids' setup, message us and we'll point you at the right separate pieces.
Can I buy the items separately if I don't need the whole kit?
Yes - the gloves, shin pads, shorts and tee are all listed individually. The kit is the cheaper way to buy if you want the matching set, and it's the only way to get the free wraps included.
How long do these gloves last in heavy training?
Used 4-5 sessions a week with proper aftercare (wipe down, air out), the multi-layer foam holds up for 2-3 years of training. The leather shell typically outlasts the foam. If you're training daily on the bag, expect to replace the foam-side performance after about 18 months.
Are the shorts true to size?
They run true to size with a secure waist tie. If you're between sizes, size up - Muay Thai-style shorts are meant to sit roomy through the leg for full kicks.
What's your return policy on the kit?
30 days, on unused gear. Try the gloves on indoors before you train in them - once they've been used in a session, we can't accept them back. Shorts, tee and unwrapped wraps are returnable as long as they haven't been worn or washed.

Items that have been worn or used (especially during training), customized, or purchased on clearance are not eligible. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Once approved and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
What are your sizing options?
Our gear is available in a range of sizes suitable for both men and women. For gloves, we typically offer standard boxing sizes like 12oz, 14oz, and 16oz.
